1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using JOMS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
2. Description of Service
JOMS is a job search CRM that connects to your Google account to automatically identify and organize job application emails and interview events. The Service also provides tools for tracking applications, managing follow-ups, and drafting outreach messages that you copy and send yourself. JOMS is not affiliated with Google, LinkedIn, or any company whose job postings may appear in your pipeline.
3. Account and Authentication
The Service uses Google OAuth 2.0 to authenticate your Google account. By connecting, you grant JOMS read-only access to job-related Gmail messages and Google Calendar events for the purpose of building your pipeline. You may revoke this access at any time from your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe the rights of others. You may not:
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Use the Service to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without express written consent
5. Data and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We store limited account information and your Google sign-in tokens so you stay connected; email details and calendar events are processed when you load your dashboard and are not saved on our servers. We never sell your data.

6. Plans and Payments
JOMS offers a Free plan, a Pro subscription billed monthly, and a one-time Lifetime purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. Pro subscriptions renew until you cancel from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Lifetime is a one-time payment for the Pro feature set for as long as the Service is offered.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by JOMS and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. You grant JOMS a limited license to process and display your data solely to provide the Service to you.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. JOMS does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Service is a productivity tool and does not guarantee job placement outcomes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JOMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if JOMS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
