JOMS: the job search CRM that fills itself from your Gmail

JOMS helps job seekers stay organized. After you sign in with Google and grant read-only access, JOMS finds your job-application emails (confirmations, recruiter replies, interview invites and rejections) and your interview events in Google Calendar, then builds a live pipeline of every company you are talking to. It also drafts LinkedIn outreach notes and follow-up messages for you to copy and send yourself. JOMS never sends email on your behalf.

How JOMS uses Google user data

Gmail (read-only): JOMS searches for job-related messages from the last 180 days and reads only the sender, subject, date and a short preview of each. Google Calendar (read-only): JOMS reads interview-related events to show them next to the right company. Your data is used only to provide these features. JOMS's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
